Before opening Flash Staffing in May of 2007, Jim Fleming had already spent 15 years in the staffing industry. From staffing large, corporate functions to recruiting manpower for shutdown and disaster recovery efforts after the 2008 ‘Super Tuesday’ tornado hit the Memphis area, Jim understood the logistical challenges of bringing dependable, skilled people looking for work to the reputable companies and organizations who wanted to provide it.
Now, as a multi-location company, Flash Staffing has built its reputation under Fleming’s leadership. We are proud to have played a major role in creating a new and better community through construction staffing for projects throughout the city, and have assisted many area businesses with their staffing needs across local manufacturing, construction, logistics and hospitality sectors.
