  • Order Filler/Picker, Manages pick ticket orders from warehouse staff and management and physically pulls inventory from the shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products.  Also packs orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets, and loads them on trucks for delivery while ensuring orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up to date for a smooth flow in warehouse operations. Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred. Experience working with RF Scanner, keen attention to detail, ability to Lift Heavy Objects up to 50lbs, ability to stay on feet for long periods of time, positive attitude, self motivated, safety conscious, ability to work in a fast paced environment, work in all types of climates (some refrigerated warehouses) (some non-climate controlled warehouses).

  • General Labor / Construction, Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.  Must have your own steel toe boots.  It is recommended to have rubber boots in case of rain.

  • Disaster Recovery, position includes but is not limited to: working and managing water damage, fire damage, mold, sewage, trauma, board-up, construction, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and other types of jobs as deemed necessary from start to finish. / valid driver's license may be required.

  • Housekeepers, We are looking for experienced housekeepers in the hospitality industry with several locations throughout Memphis, and Cordova. Applicants must pay attention to details and be able to adequately service rooms within required time frames with minimal supervision. May require some weekend assignments. Dress codes vary and can include: tan or black khaki pants, white collared shirt and black or white sneakers. May require criminal history background check and drug screen.

  • Carpenters / General & Finish,  Carpenters are one of the most versatile construction occupations, with workers usually doing many different tasks. For example, some carpenters insulate office buildings; others install drywall or cabinets. Those who help construct tall buildings or bridges often install the wooden concrete forms for cement footings or pillars. Some carpenters erect shoring and scaffolding for buildings.  Carpenters use many different hand and power tools to cut and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. They commonly use hand tools, including squares, levels, and chisels, as well as many power tools, such as sanders, circular saws, nail guns, and welding machines. Carpenters fasten materials together with nails, screws, staples, and adhesives, and do a final check of their work to ensure accuracy. They use a tape measure on nearly every project because proper measuring increases productivity, reduces waste, and ensures that the pieces being cut are the proper size. Must have your own hand tools and steel toe boots.

  • Drywall Finisher, Seals joints between plasterboard or other wallboards to prepare wall surface for painting or papering. Mixes sealing compound by hand or with portable using trowel, broadknife, or spatula. Presses paper tape over joint to embed tape into compound and seal joint or tapes joint, using mechanical applicator that spreads compound and embeds tape in one operation. Spreads and smooths cementing material over tape, using trowel or floating machine to blend joint with wall surface. Sands rough spots after cement has dried. Fills cracks and holes in walls and ceiling with sealing compound. May install metal molding at corners in lieu of sealant and tape. May apply texturing compound and primer to walls and ceiling preparatory to final finishing, using brushes, roller, or spray gun. Workers should be able to: Direct or plan an activity; Attain set limits or standards; Do simple arithmetic accurately; See differences in form and surfaces; and make decisions based on measurable standards. Physically, workers must be able to: See well (naturally or with correction); Climb and/or maintain balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; Reach for, handle, and manipulate objects; Lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds or more; and work at heights. 

  • Rod Busters, Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms in order to reinforce concrete. Use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, and hand tools.

  • Plumbers, install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial or public buildings. The Plumber reads blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems.

  • Electricians / Journeyman,  2 years work experience in a commercial construction environment.  Must have experience running/bending conduit, pulling wire, installing plugs, switches & lighting.  Must be able to take an follow instruction.  Clean appearance, good attitude, and moral behavior. 


***Any client that requires a drug screen or background check, the employee is responsible for a $25 cash deposit.  Once the screenings have been passed and the employee completes 40 hours of work the deposit will be returned in the that week's paycheck.
